The Center's Admissions Office welcomes inquiries. Upon request, comprehensive tours are gladly given. The Admissions staff are proven and dedicated professionals. They will assist families in completing the paperwork that comes with an admission and will demystify the process. The Center is committed, from point of initial contact, to make the admission experience as smooth and positive as possible.

As a first step in the Admission process, a New York State Department of Health Patient Review Instrument (PRI), which summarizes an individual's clinical and functional status, is requested and reviewed by the Center's admissions team. (If needed, the Center will guide applicants in the process of obtaining a PRI assessment.)
